Honours for finishing 4th in the World Cup !! Makes the fact that they had decades to Knight Bobby and the fact that Gordon Banks was allowed to die 53 years (!) after winning the World Cup without one utterly shameful.
It was about 30 years until the squad got the sort of honours that Kane got.
